Distinguish between things themselves and your judgments and appearances
Learn to differentiate what is yours and what belongs to something else
Practice philosophy instead of just talking about it
Master the concept of the two handles and how to deal with distressing matters.
Drawing on the translation by William Abbott Oldfather, this course utilizes the audio version narrated by Vox Stoica and the free course lectures and handouts by Greg Sadler.
There are two options for study, either full or lite. The approximate time commitments for each option are:
Full: 4-5 hours (3-4 hours of your time and 1 hour for study group)
Lite: 1.5-2 hours (.5-1 hour of your time and 1 hour for the study group)
If you can’t make it to the Sunday night meetings, you’re still welcome to work your way through this program and join us on our Facebook group to discuss the topics and ask any questions.
